How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept a variety of payments including PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, all orders that are shipped cannot be changed or cancelled, however you may put in a request within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.

How much time can I expect my items to arrive in?

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.

The following are the approximate wait times, we are working to reduce wait times globally.

Singapore: 15-25 days
Australia & Thailand: Upto 30 days

What's the status of my order?

What is your return policy?

At Artica, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

We only accept returns it the item is defective or arrived broken.

To initiate a return, please take photos of the defective product and send it to customerlove@artica.design
